We have been very happy with the installation of our sash and case uPVC windows . Before installation Benn and Rhys were very helpful in explaining how the windows would look. We were particularly keen to avoid thick frames with less glass and they look so like our traditional wooden frames. John , Nick and Jamie were great carrying out the work and really considerate in giving us warm space while the windows were going out and in. They were really neat and tidy with no damage to the decoration and we are noticing that the house is so much warmer . Thank you RKM!

We recently had the windows in the older part of our house replaced by the RKM team, and what a fantastic job they have made. Fantastically crafted and seamless operation - couldn't be happier with the result.
Big should out to Benn for the excellent customer service, and for Rhys and Aiden for a fantastic job done on the build and installation!

We had 5 sets of windows replaced with wooden sash and case which RKM made and installed. We have an old Victorian house from 1892 and decided on RKM because of their experience with listed wonkey buildings! This turned out to be an excellent decision as there were very predictable problems!! Fortunately Rys (?Reese) is a fantastically skilled carpenter and managed to solve everything. I can't express how grateful we are for their professionalism and experience. A wonderful investment into our very loved home. And what a difference already in warmth and sound!! From meeting Benn who talked us through the process (he was very clear and very particular which I loved!!) to our email updates and the actual process of installation they were polite, friendly and excellent! Highly recommend. From Scone :)

Ben and his team offer a rare, top-tier service that you simply don't see from most tradespeople anymore. The custom windows they built and installed are of exceptional quality and fantastic value for money. Save yourself the time and look no further—you won't find better.

Bespoke windows by RKM have done two jobs for us and both times have been a pleasure to deal with. If you need custom doors and windows to fit awkward sizes in Victorian houses RKM are the people to go to! They may not be the cheapest, but the quality, workmanship and attention to detail will be second to none and are worth every penny. We can recommend them without reservation and will be getting them to replace the outer storm doors once the stone step is sorted.

RKM made an excellent job of replacing 10 windows in our house. They carried out the work without creating any problems. No mess or disturbance at all. I would definitely recommend them.

We recently had bespoke uPVC sash and case windows installed by RKM in our daughter's flat and couldn’t be happier with the result. The quality is exceptional, and the attention to detail is clear throughout.
What really stands out is how authentic they look—they replicate traditional timber sash windows so closely that it’s very hard to tell the difference. They’ve preserved the character of the property while offering all the benefits of modern, low‑maintenance materials.
The whole process was smooth and professional from start to finish. I’d highly recommend RKM to anyone looking for high-quality windows. Their workmanship and product quality are first class, and the finished result has genuinely enhanced both the appearance and comfort of her home.

Having finally decided our ancient, rotten sash windows had to be replaced, we found Bespoke windows by RKM when they were recommended by 2 of our neighbours. These satisfied customers cited their approach to the job and quality of the work.
After meeting Benn and taking him up on his offer to see the factory and the upvc sash windows that were our preference, we went for it. 9 sash windows.
Their price was extremely competitive and we were pleased to be choosing a local business with a 'personal' touch. They even allowed us to keep our yellow windows! All factory sprayed before being installed.
They communicated well in the planning stage, keeping us up to speed with the plan (thanks Rhys) and finally the windows went in this week.
The Team fitting the windows were excellent - polite and accommodating and SO efficient. All 9 windows were done by early afternoon on day two. Much less hassle than we could ever have imagined.
So....we couldn't really be happier. Great job by a great bunch of guys. Thanks a million to Benn (who sealed the deal), Rhys (who oversaw the planning and fitting) and the fitters themselves - John, Nick and Jamie.
Highly recommended.

Bespoke windows by RKM installed sash windows in our house back in October 2023 - two large bay windows downstairs and three front- facing windows upstairs. The house was built in about 1900 and has character that we wanted to retain. The work was was carefully planned and executed by a very helpful team. We are very happy with the result.

Benn, Rhys & the RKM team have been fantastic from start to finish. Our ultimate rose windows and French doors look absolutely beautiful in our 1905 home. From design to install we couldn’t have asked for a better service and they look just like timber sash & case windows but without the maintenance… we couldn’t be more our pleased! Renovations are still ongoing but the difference the windows have made is just incredible! Thank you to all of the team for being so professional, tidy, helpful and for making our home look & feel so special.
