Really impressed with the service from BESPOKE windows by RKM. From the initial meeting with Benn and then measuring and fitting by Reese and his excellent team - it's been a pleasure all the way. This is a company who really cares about their customers. They go out of their way to ensure you are happy and their after sales care is excellent. I really can't recommend them highly enough. We had 3 aluminium doors fitted and the quality of both the doors and fitting is of the highest standard. In this day and age it's lovely to deal with a firm with such high standards. On top of that they are a delight to have in your house - extremely respectful.

We are delighted with our new Roseview double glazed, sash windows. RKM did an excellent job from measuring up, to the quick and tidy installation. They even made us a new double glazed, hardwood front door to match our existing main door. Our Galloway cottage has never been so draft free and cosy.

Professional, efficient and friendly service. The window replacement took very little time and the results look great. The old window in my period property was inefficient and single glazed which made that room the coldest in the house. Since it's replacement, the room is unrecognisable. Next summer I hope to have my front windows replaced by RKM. Excellent company.

We moved to a bungalow in Boness 2 years ago. It has a stunning view of the Forth from the living room window.
The window we inherited had wooden beams down and across which spoiled the view but the window made and installed by RKM gives us an unrestricted view We are delighted with it and also were delighted with the service we received from RKM

I did loads of research when looking for new wooden sash and case windows for my home. Eventually visited the factory in Perth and was really impressed with every part of RKM's process. Really quick and clean installation. Delighted!! I also benefitted from a 10 year interest free loan from Scottish Government / Home Energy Scotland. Makes it so much more affordable ....

We had RKM in to replace a 4 large windows in our flat , an old building ,we opted for traditional wood and sash double glazing with brass coloured fittings( there were choices), they turned out beautifully, and honestly even better than we hoped. We can feel the difference in warmth in the flat already! The service was excellent, and the team that came to fit the windows were ,efficient, fast,and a nice bunch of lads. We can recommend this company.
